They were very easy to work with. The salesman was responsive and came out within a few days to measure and give us a price. Once we received the bid, all we had to do was call him and let him know what we wanted and put down a deposit. Because we ordered an Anderson Window, it took about four weeks for it to come in but they were able to install it within a week of it arriving at their shop.
